state-of-the-Art facility at ARUN PLASTO MOULDERS (INDIA) PVT. LTD. – Chennai unit, using world-renowned raw materials with unique and innovative extrusion technology.
The solid sheets are produced with different textures in accordance with the preferences of various Customers. The different textures being extruded are Compact, Embossed, Diamond and Fine Texture.

Features of Polycarbonate Sheets
Top Seam
The multi-cell structure offers a lightweight, leak-proof design that withstands very high loads and accommodates expansion and contraction.
In addition, the form of these sheets makes them appropriate glazing systems for facades and roofing solutions. These Top Seams exhibit outstanding thermal insulation and light transmission performance.
Solid Embossed
These plain sheets come in a regular, prismatic emboss feature in different thicknesses ranging from 2 mm to 6 mm.
They can be used in various ways and for multiple applications, such as industrial roofs, anti-vandalism guards, indoor/outdoor signs or instrument panels.
Solid compact
These are light weight, transparent/translucent and strong flat sheets, available in thicknesses ranging from 1.5 mm to 6 mm.
They are known for their excellent optical properties and are suitable for cutting, drilling, bending and thermoforming as well.
Solid Diamond
Because of exceptionally high impact strength and lightweight, Diamond Sheets can easily withstand the cold bend process and hot molding.
In addition, they are UV resistant, self-extinguishable and light-transmitting. Available in various customized colors & different sizes can be produced.
Solid Fine texture
Fine Textured Sheets are used in lighting applications, as shields for LED light modules –protecting them from impact, dust and water.
Rooflite Solid Sheets have 80 times the impact strength of glass and up to 40 times that of acrylic (PMMA) sheets of similar thicknesses.
